Ready and Able Cork

This webinar is provided free of charge to all Cork City PPN member groups. Cork City PPN is an independent, non-profit network of civil society groups whose mission it is to promote information sharing and capacity building within the sector and encourage engagement with local government decision-making bodies. Membership is free and belonging to the network provides chances for free training, information sharing, and having your voice heard in local decision-making forums, such as Cork City Council’s various committees. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the protocols and best practice for returning safely to operations. They will be guided through a workbook which contains in one place the key steps and templates they need to re-open and which will also generates the key documentation they need.
Session content also includes risk management, prevention and control measures, key documentation required, live questions and answer session and access to the specially designed manual.

Liam Scollan’s background includes CEO of an international airport and of a government development agency. His approach is informed by his knowledge of the protocols and his practical management experience.He is a professional coach and trainer for the not-for-profit sector and an associate of Carmichael, a long-established and trusted support organisation for the not-for-profit sector.
