Trocaire’s Cork office is currently looking for skilled volunteers to help with campaigning and awareness raising, fundraising and outreach work.  Trocaire is a development agency that aims to support long-term projects overseas and provide relief during emergencies. In Ireland we also try to inform the Irish public about the root causes of poverty and injustice and mobilise the public to bring about global change. This is the bit we need help with. We need more volunteers to help us to spread the word about global injustice and raise peoples’ awareness. We want to find fun and creative ways to do this and we need your help. This is a great opportunity to develop new skills and meet new people. Full training and support is provided. If you want to make a difference to global justice you will find a number of different roles listed on this website including Campaigner, Social Media Campaigner, Fundraiser, Community Outreach, School Outreach and Community Linking. Whether you can sign a petition, organise a Trad for Trocaire event, sell global gifts or raise awareness about global justice you can make a difference!
